1. Who Can Use DriveSphere

You must be at least 16 years old and hold a valid learner permit or driving licence for car‑related services.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and truthful.

2. Your Account

Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

Responsibility

All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

Termination

DriveSphere may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

3. Our Services

3.1. Driving Lessons

DriveSphere connects users with qualified driving instructors.

Payments for lessons are made directly to instructors and are not processed through the app.

Instructors set their own pricing, terms, and conditions.

3.2. Driving Test Routes

DriveSphere offers driving test routes tailored to various skill levels:

  • Beginner: Basic routes to build confidence.
  • Intermediate: Real‑world driving scenarios.
  • Advanced: Routes replicating actual test conditions.

These routes are for practice purposes only and do not guarantee passing any official driving test.

Payment

Driving test routes can be purchased through the app using secure payment methods. Pricing is clearly displayed before purchase.

No refunds are provided after a route has been purchased unless a technical error occurs (for example, a route is inaccessible).

3.3. Car Hire

Users must hold a valid driver's licence and comply with all local road laws and regulations to hire vehicles.

3.4. Marketplace

DriveSphere facilitates transactions for buying and selling vehicles.

DriveSphere is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of listings, ownership, or the condition of vehicles sold.

3.5. Community Feed

DriveSphere includes a community feed where users can post, comment, and engage with others.

Acceptable Use

Posts must not contain illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content.

Spamming, harassment, or promoting unauthorized services is prohibited.

DriveSphere reserves the right to moderate content and suspend accounts for violations.

3.6. Messaging Feature

DriveSphere allows users to send private messages for communication purposes.

Acceptable Use

Messages must not contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.

Do not use the messaging feature for spam or unsolicited promotions.

DriveSphere reserves the right to take action where messages violate these Terms.

3.7. Advertisements

DriveSphere may display advertisements within the app.

Types of Ads

Relevant ads tailored to your preferences or location.

Sponsored content may appear in the community feed or other app sections.

User Interaction with Ads

Clicking on ads may redirect you to third‑party websites or services. DriveSphere is not responsible for content or services provided by these third parties.

4. Your Responsibilities

Comply with all Irish road safety and driving regulations.

Engage respectfully with other users in the community feed and messaging features.

Do not:

  • Harass, spam, or post offensive content.
  • Share copyrighted, illegal, or harmful materials.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments for driving test routes and other app services must be made through the app using secure payment methods.

Pricing is transparent and displayed before completing a purchase.

Refunds are not provided for driving test routes unless an error occurs (for example, a route is inaccessible or not as described).

6. Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR)

DriveSphere complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which ensures the protection and privacy of user data in the European Union.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

DriveSphere provides its services "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted access or error‑free operation.

DriveSphere is not liable for injuries, accidents, damages, or losses arising from the use of its platform, services, or any interactions between users.
